Born and raised in Bologna, Italy, I have been based in the United States since 2015.
I have lived in California, Pennsylvania, Illinois, Massachusetts and, currently, Colorado.
I built a media brand called Anche una donna qui to bring in-depth, on-the-ground coverage of the United States to an Italian audience.
I also collaborate with several Italian publications as a U.S. correspondent.
I write in my native Italian and my native-like English. I am professionally fluent in French and know the basics of Spanish and Portuguese.
Before pivoting to writing full time, I worked at Google for more than half a decade, building internationalized news products and experiences as a product and content strategist and program manager for Google News, Google Podcasts and News on Search.
